Office Hours

We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.

We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact Dr. Jack Schwartz and Dr. Greg Schwartz provide many types of dental services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Appointment Policies

In order to respect the time of our patients, appointments are made and a specific period of time is reserved for your treatment. Unless an emergency arises we never “over-sell” our capacity. For this reason missed or forgotten appointments create a real problem for us and result in costs that are difficult to absorb. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Should you find it necessary to change an appointment, please contact our office at your earliest opportunity. Given sufficient notice we may be able to use the time for another patient waiting to see the doctor.

With few exceptions, our appointment coordinator is available during normal office hours. Please call (847) 253-7000 to schedule or change an appointment.
