Meet The Staff
Mary – Practice Administrator

Mary started working with Dr. Schwartz in 1985 as a chairside dental assistant and has worked her way up to her current position as practice administrator. She is certified with the Dental Assisting National Board and a Lifetime Member of the American Dental Assistants Association. Her favorite thing about working at Colonial Dental Associates are the people, she has known some of the patients so long they are now like family. When not in the office, Mary enjoys being active, attending cultural events, and spending time with her own family and friends.
Lee – Patient Care Coordinator

Lee has been in the dental field for over 25 years and takes great joy in establishing a positive rapport with Colonial Dental’s patients. Lee is a family orientated, environmentally conscious, animal lover, who enjoys mountain hiking, biking, yoga and growing fresh produce in her garden.
Keila – Patient Care Coordinator

Keila joined the Colonial Dental team in November of 2021. She has been a positive, upbeat addition to our payment desk, and is fluent in Spanish she learned in her native Honduras. Keila enjoys music and going for long walks in her free time.
Marta – Dental Assistant

Marta joined our Colonial Dental family as a certified dental assistant in October of 2021. Marta’s career in dentistry covers over a decade, and her love of helping others makes this profession a perfect fit. When not at work, Marta enjoys traveling, working out, watching movies and cooking.
Miriam – Registered Dental Hygienist

Miriam loves to educate patients on improving their oral hygiene and seeing their smiles light up when they take her advice to heart. She received her degree from the University of Illinois – Dental Hygiene Program. When not at work Miriam likes to garden and watch the flowers grow.
Larissa – Registered Dental Hygienist

Larissa loves meeting people and building long lasting relationships. She completed the Dental Hygiene Program at Harper College, and additionally holds a certificate in local anesthesia. As a dental professional, Larissa likes and educates her patients about a mouth-body connection, the importance of dental health to overall body health. When not at work, Larissa likes to cook and spend time with her grandkids.
